CISCO LIFECYCLE ADVISOR PARTNER
Since the beginning of 2017, avodaq AG has been one of the first certified LifeCycle Advisor Partners in Europe. Our pioneering work provides proof of this since we already implemented today’s concepts and understanding of customer loyalty early on.
The basic idea of the LifeCycle Advisor concept:
The goal is to generate sustainable positive effects and added value for customers through qualitative change management. Interaction between hardware, software and services is only harmonious when success can be verified over a longer period of time. For the benefit of the company. The goal is to fulfil this mission according to the principles of the LifeCycle Advisor.
Besides long-term positive relationships with customers, acceptance and thus usage of new solutions are becoming increasingly important. Close cooperation between the customer and partner plays an important role in this regard. Together with the sales department and technicians, the Change department collaborates with the customer as new solutions are introduced and company-specific goals and challenges are discussed.
Based on this commitment, avodaq clearly separates itself from the offers of many other partners, which has decidedly contributed to the success of Change within respective projects. As a closed unit, the Change team can accompany customers closely, individually and over a long period of time. Always pursuing the goal of “value over time”. In light of this, avodaq AG has been awarded the Lifecycle Advisor Partner Certification.
CISCO COLLABORATION CHAMPION BADGE
The CHANGE team participates in regular training and further training, held by Cisco, in the area of UC and security in order to achieve balance between the technical requirements of infrastructure, terminal devices and configuration on the one hand and the requirements of users on the other. We annually undergo the Cisco Lifecycle Advisor Training in addition to acquiring the Cisco Business Value Analyst and Cisco Collaboration Champion Badge.
EMEAR CUSTOMER SUCCESS AWARD 2017
The first “Adoption Event & Workshop” was held in May of 2017 in order to facilitate an exchange between Cisco and Cisco partners on the topic of customer success.
We were, of course, a part of this as a partner and classic system integrator who has already successfully complemented its task area for five years with the CHANGE department and thus is intensely focused on user adoption: Johanna Ahrens, manager business development and head of the department CHANGE at avodaq shared her experiences in a panel discussion with the motto “Talking Customer Success”. She also accepted the EMEAR Customer Success Award 2017 for avodaq.
Good customer evaluations regarding the attainment of entrepreneurial and strategic customer goals were crucial factors in winning the award. A great accolade!
LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT PARTNER OF THE YEAR
All Cisco partners meet once a year at the Cisco Partner Summit in order to discuss the digital future of joint customers. In fall of 2017, we were distinguished at the European and global level as Lifecycle Management Partner of the Year.
LIFECYCLE PRACTICE AWARD 2018
In April 2018 the Cisco Collaboration Summit 2018 took place in Phoenix (Arizona). In addition to technical and strategic updates on the Cisco UC portfolio, which will feature exciting and substantial innovations, several international partners were honored for their work. Among the prize winners was the CHANGE team of avodaq AG, which was awarded “Best in Class” in the area of Lifecycle Practice at European level. The concept of LifeCycle Practice assumes that the relationship between partner and end customer travels through different phases over a longer period of time and must always be intensively and specifically promoted. What is particularly important here are the concrete and proven measures that are used within the framework of a clear concept.
Against this background, the passion of our consultants for your projects, the high strategic sustainability of our work and the flexibility in implementing the measures were particularly emphasized.
We are delighted about this award and the new Cisco Collaboration landscape, which we want to design together with Cisco and fill with enthusiastic users and life.
CONTINUOUS AND FURTHER TRAINING
Digital change and the demands placed on companies are consistently increasing. All change consultants at avodaq have completed a well-founded training in collaboration, change management and project management in addition to having earned a master’s degree in didactics, psychology or business administration.
The team regularly participates in manufacturer-independent further training measures and courses in order to meet specific requirements – among other things, in the areas of law and data protection for the introduction of Voice over IP, in economic protection, industrial constitution law or the European General Data Protection Regulation.
We thereby ensure that we possess precisely the right competences in order to facilitate a professional and successful change process.
